I was approached by Iceland Design and Architecture to create 3D visuals that captured the theme of “The Circus” for DesignTalks 2024, emphasizing joy, chaos, and fun.
DesignTalks illustrates the spectrum of design and architecture, its relevance, power, potential and responsibility in today’s society. A day full of inspiration.

Finding the right elements
r&D
The process began with brainstorming ideas to merge the excitement of the Circus with the world of Design and Architecture.
Preliminary ideas were presented with reference images and videos, followed by motion tests to explore animation possibilities.
final elements
The final concept featured a 3D world with floating objects representing both design materials, circus elements and references to Icelandic nature.
The final product included vibrant and playful animated 3D visuals that captured the Circus vibe
The videos and digital showcase provided a dynamic background for the event, enhancing the focus of the day and complementing the speakers’ talks, while nodding to design and architecture and Icelandic nature.
the outcome
The international conference took place at Harpa Music Hall to an audience of 800 guests, designers, architects, entrepreneurs, leaders and professionals from public and private entities
